NWPM is able provide you with the right people to ensure a systematic approach to the management of contractors so that the risks to health and safety of contractors, your staff and the general public are minimised. Our people will ensure that risk from potential contractor hazards is controlled.

Some of the ways we achieve this includes:

• Reviewing the design and implementation of systems of work
• undertaking hazard identification and risk control activities
• ensuring that only proper and safe equipment and substances are used
• ensuring that adequate instruction, training and supervision is in place at all times

Our success over many years in this area has been achieved by way of working with the Contractor to ensure that specified safety systems and risk control measures are implemented for the duration of the contract works.
