NWPM has been a key stakeholder with several residential development projects, the most recent being the Rio Tinto Nickol West Housing Program in Karratha. This project involved the construction of 78 new homes in the newly formed Karratha suburb of Nickol West. The project was completed in August 2009 and the work was divided between three prominent building companies in Wylie and Skene, Rapley Wilkinson and Ark Homes. The goal in this project was to provide quality housing to Rio Tinto employees and this was achieved with flying colours.
NWPM has also had involvements with Tambrey Housing in Karratha and also the 52 Housing development in Tom Price.
NWPM prides itself on having a team of quality professionals with an extensive amount of “know how” when it comes to the construction industry, especially when working in remote areas in difficult conditions.
